I love that Bob looks bored standing there holding 155#!
3+51 Rx, all doubles unbroken and moved smoothly through lunges and cleans, chest to bar slowed me down a little bit

B: 3+20, felt ok still hard to breath with. was all over the gym with jumping rope on one side and cleaning on the other, wasted too much time
C: ring dips: 5×10 w/ bw. these have definitely gotten better
Sick of being sick, want to breath and feel good
A: I love deload weeks
B: Scaled with 135 squat cleans 5 squat cleans short of 3 rounds
C: 3x 10 Burpee/box jumps
