Part A: working on form not going for max
Part B: 11:02…scaled did pullups instead of c2b…shoulder bothering me from saturday’s c2b.
Part C: Endurance WOD…ended up doing about 3700m within the 16min time frame

Snatch, 65, 75, 85 & got stuck there
Wod 15:30, pullups for 1.5 rounds, ring rows for 1.5. Finger is still not ok with gripping. Annoying.
