    a: 185 X 2 but then did 200 x1 to set pr. I think I could have gone heavier but needed to move on

    b. 11 rds + 6 pull ups, not bad until around round 8 then caught up to me quick.

    c. First time rowing 1:32, can definitely go faster if I don’t almost slide off the seat.

    A: 195 X 2, tried 205 but the wrist didn’t hold up.
    B: 13 full rounds then stopped!
    C: 1:28:00 PR, wanted to beat Bob’s old 1:26 but ran outta gas.

    I want to go to Hybrid for theirs too. Just a little scared I’m not gonna lie, can we do some of the WODs as a trial?

    Hatch, we can definitely do some of the Hybrid Wod’s as a trial. I would love to go down and compete, but that will be my first day back from Mexico.

    tore my hands big time on round 9 of the pull-ups, so I had to quit and skipped the rowing

    sign me up for the throw down at iron will. also, if anyone is competing at the hyrbid event, i will come spectate

    I went to a Hybrid Throwdown and it is geared more toward strongman. Practice heavy weights!
    FYI-count me in Sept 4th

    Didn’t do the WOD today because I’m still overcoming this ridiculous cold…however, I did run two miles with Coby and two miles with Bella.

    Neither run was “for time”, though, as we stopped at the gym in between miles, and Bella stopped to poop in someone’s yard while we ran!

    Hopefully back to the gym tomorrow!!!

    #105×1 on the push press- failed hard at #110 and crushed my water bottle.

    Pull ups 11/6 and died. Not bad considering I died at round 4 last time.

    1:54:4 for the row. 4 sec. PR. I’ll what I can get!

    Wod round 11 and 5 pulls. Got my first consecutive kips in. hands paid the price.

    Coach Rome, thanks for finally helping me get that kip down. Major milestone for me.
