Paleo Challenge Results

Jamie takes the title as the Paleo Challenge Champion! For the next month Jamie will be able to train for FREE.

Paleo Champion

We will start the next Paleo Challenge in September. If anyone is interested in seeing serious results with their training you should sign up.  This challenge is no joke, you will get results but you will have to work hard and change your diet.  I will put more information up when we get closer to September.

Warm Up

Part A:

Two minute drill

We will be stretching for 6 min, pick 3 two minute drills and loosen up

Part B:

Put Up or Shut Up

Run 1 Mile

100 sit ups

Run 1/2 mile

50 sit ups

Run 1/4 mile

25 sit ups

    16:45…chatting it up a bit with the guys on the first mile, but we picked up the intensity and finished strong

    Not sure of exact time but right around 22 or 23 mins for WOD
    Did 9-7-5 workout with Ari and Lauren… nice work ladies!! 8:55 with skinny purple band and 50# squat snatch

    8:04 mile. This beat my best ever mile pace in the 8th grade, for the president’s physical fitness challenge, 8:26 in 1993

    9-7-5 pullups, dips, squat snatch #65- 11:04.
    That WOD sure put things into perspective for me.
    Great energy tonight folks! I feel blessed to be a part of it.

    Finished WOD in 20:00- wanted under 20 mins, so should have worked a second faster!

    Ari and Melissa, well done with the 9-7-5: did it in 9:23, bandless pullups, and a minute faster than last Saturday!
