Our Elements Course is scheduled by appointment only. It is designed for anyone who would like to join one of our group classes. Whether you have been sedentary, generally active, or an elite athlete, our Elements Course is tailored to prepare you for the technical proficiency that is a prerequisite for our CrossFit group classes. The Elements Course consists of 4 personal coaching sessions the will deliver a comprehensive understanding of the movements CrossFit utilizes and will also touch on nutrition, mobility, running technique, Olympic lifts, power lifts, gymnastic skills, metabolic conditioning, and journal tracking. Throughout the Elements Course, a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes will be taught. At the conclusion of the Elements Course, participates will have a solid understanding of all that we do and be prepared for our group classes.
