NUTRITION ASSESSMENT – $99
Are you ready to get your nutrition in line? Not sure how to kick things off? Let us help feed you in the right direction with our NUTRITION ASSESSMENT PACKAGE! Here’s what is included in our stand-alone Nutrition Assessment Package:
FOOD JOURNAL. First thing’s first. We need to see what we’re dealing with. When you sign up for the Nutrition Assessment, you will be asked to spend the first 7 DAYS keeping a detailed FOOD JOURNAL of everything you eat, when you eat it, and how you feel as a result. Yes, this takes a little work on your part. The more honest and detailed you are, the more detailed and effective our analysis will be.
1 HOUR CONSULTATION / ASSESSMENT. Your next step is to book a ONE-HOUR CONSULTATION with Andrew. In this meeting, your Coach will review and analyze your current FOOD PROFILE. You will also discuss your diet/nutrition/health concerns, limitations, and ultimate goals. You will also undergo BODY COMPOSITION TESTING, where we will be able to identify any issues related to fat intake/storage, carbohydrate intake / storage / processing, and hormonal imbalances. From this meeting, you will be given an ASSESSMENT, a STRATEGY, and a FOOD PLAN for the coming weeks.
FOLLOW UP MEETING (4 WEEKS LATER). The final step in your 1-Month nutrition over-haul is to meet with your Coach for a FOLLOW UP COMPLIANCE VISIT. You will meet again with your Coach, review your diet habits from the preceding weeks, and re-test your BODY COMPOSITION scores and assess % change. This meeting is to ensure you are in compliance with the original plan and to give you the opportunity address any “next step” issues you might be ready for on your path to excellent nutrition! Also included in your ONE MONTH PROGRAM is UNLIMITED EMAIL / PHONE access to your Coach should you have any additional questions / concerns throughout the initial phase of your program.
NEXT STEPS – OPTIONS
MONTHLY FOLLOW UPS – $39. Once you have completed your 1 Month program, you might feel that you are on the right path and ready to handle your new eating program / habits on your own – good for you! However, should you decide that being held accountable is the ONLY WAY to stay on track – we can help! If you would like to continue meeting with your Nutrition Coach, we offer 30 Min Follow – Up meetings for $39 / Visit. During these meetings, you will review your eating / sleeping / stress habits, as well as re-test your Body Composition scores.
