Dr. Roger St. Onge is an educator, coach, physical therapist, and the founder of MOVE Athletics. He spent four years enlisted as active duty in the United States Marine Corps right out of high school.  He believes that everyone should be able to perform basic human maintenance on themselves, and that taking an active role in your rehabilitation and performance enhancement is key to success.  In this episode, Roger shares his story and discusses how he went from dropping out of high school to becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy and opening his own practice!
